The claims staff consists of a team of dedicated and experienced claims professionals. Each Fund member is assigned a specific claims representative to service their workers’ compensation claims and to be available for consultations.
We take pride in having a loyal and experienced claims staff. Our claims staff has an average of 19 years of workers’ compensation claims experience with an average of 15 of those years in healthcare workers’ compensation claims. In addition, all of our claims adjusters are licensed workers’ compensation examiners. Our adjusters receive the training and resources necessary to help healthcare members manage and minimize claims when they occur.
